How to take your measurements:
Chest: Place the measuring tape under your
arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: From a standing position, bend to
one side. Your waist is where your body creases. Stand up
straight and place the measuring tape around your waist.
Hip: Place the measuring tape around the
fullest part of the top of your legs above the hip joint.
(This is usually 5 to 7 inches below your waistline.)
