The Surf Goddess Yoga Journey is a physical and philosophical practice to promote your evolution as a strong, conscious, energized surfer.
We offer our lessons that focus on moves which will provide the core strength and flexibility that will assist in your development as a surfer and also aid in your recovery from surfing fatigue.
Our 'Yoga for Surfers' sessions are grounded in the Hatha tradition and is designed to facilitate a transformative mind, body and spirit connection. Through acknowledging the whole person, each session engages the student at every level.
We welcome all levels of experience and teachings are shared in a supportive environment that invites exploration and encourages growth. Our yoga sessions typically begin with loose relaxed stretching to warm up, progress through more challenging yoga postures that are specific to building strength, balance and flexibility for surfing.
All yoga sessions are held in our yoga pavilion overlooking our peaceful frangipani garden. During the yoga retreat we provide all your equipment including, yoga mats, bolsters, straps, blocks & eye masks.
